Pat and Izaak team up and try to take down the Exodus group and the Belshaw line of criminals for good. After disabling the gangs base of communications, Pat plants a bug on Callum and over hears the groups plans to hit Finyard neighbourhood and all the streets of eastwick end. These places are where Pat spent his childhood. After blowing up Milton District High School Lucas and the 4 remaining members of the clan enter Finyard. What they dont know is that Izaak and Pat are defending all the streets and have turned the entrance into a battle ground. Let the final battle begin.

Callum currently holds the computer file that stores all the data that holds all the Belshaw communication and locations of criminals around the country. Pat launches mines and gernades that he stole from the black market. After a long fire fight that kills Goerge and Arthur, Lucas, Callum and Collin enter in a rampage with machine guns firring away non stop. Pat and Izaak retreat to Pats old house. Pat sees all the pictures of his childhood for the last time and places a picture of him and Emily to add to the photo album. Izaak throws a gernade at collins face which kills Collin. Lucas takes a rocket launcher that destroys the parking lot and front entrance of the house. Izaak places a piece of dynamite that goes off in the living room which kills Callum. Pat knows that the Finyard street needs to be blown up with the dead mans switch that he stole. This will stop all of Lucas extra troops from coming. 2 sets of troops start firing into Finyard. While Lucas and Izaak fight, Pat takes the computer file held in Callums dead body. Lucas gains the upper hand and shoots Izaak twice with his pistol. Lucas takes out his army knife since the pistol is out of rounds. Him and Pat engage in a fight. Pat is on top at first but Lucas manages to gain the upper hand and stabs Pat into the side of his stomach with the army knife.Lucas walks above pat ready to kill him, but Izaak stabs Lucs achilles tendin with a shard of glass. Izaak then uses all his strength to lift up and body slam Lucas into the stuck out army knife which kills Lucas. Pat gives Izaak the dead mans switch and asks Izaak to escape Finnyard with him but Izaak explains that he has to stay within the vicinity and distract the troops for Pats ecape. Izaak explains that he left Pat and Emily a sum of money for them to live their life in peace. Pat tells Izaak that he will die and Izaak explains that he is already dead and the only morality in a crazy raped world is death. Pat thanks Izaak and tells him that this deed will be remembered. Pat escapes with the files and takes one last look at his family photos and memories. After remenissing to himself he escapes and Izaak has Lucas by the throat. Lucas in his last dying breath asks Izaak about what happened to the animal side. Izaak sais that the animal side was simply nothing more than a fosaud and that he will always be an animal. Lucas swears that Izaak will meet the devil in hell were he belongs. Lucas takes his last breath and dies. Izaaks final words are " I am the devil". Izaak starts laughing and pulls the switch. The explosion kills him and the last of the remaining troops as they enter the house.

2 months later Pat arrives at the FBI office where Alex Mercer is stationed at. He gives Alex the file for them to hunt and finish the Belshaw criminal line easily. Alex tells him that he will be rewarded and Izaak will be remembered. He tells her about everything and the sum of money. The finale ends with Emily and Pat entering their new house and the symbol of Izaak and Pats union is shown.
